This course provided me with an understanding of strategies, from social media advertising to search engine optimization. I gained a working knowledge of multiple digital platforms and KPI metrics. I created a professional portfolio website using WordPress and integrated Mail Poet and Google Analytics into my site.  Finally, I completed HubSpot and Google Analytics certifications.

Entrepreneurship

This course taught me how to identify opportunities and assess risks when developing new business ideas. I gained practical skills in creating business plans, pitching ideas, and understanding financial fundamentals essential for a startup.  Finally, I created a feasibility analysis for a start up of my own, which taught me valuable skills on the complexity of starting your own company.

Buyer Behavior

This course taught me how to analyze the factors that influence consumer decision-making, from psychological to social and cultural influences. I learned to identify and interpret customer needs, preferences, and motivations, which is essential for creating effective marketing strategies. The class also covered segmentation and targeting, helping me understand how to reach specific audiences with tailored messages.

Promotion and Branding Strategies

This course taught me how to build and communicate a brand’s unique identity effectively. I learned to develop promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences across various channels, from social media to traditional advertising. The course emphasized the importance of consistent messaging and visual identity in creating brand recognition and loyalty.
