Involvement
As an active member of the University of Tampa’s American Marketing Association chapter, I’ve participated in personal development workshops and networking events, which have deepened my understanding of the marketing industry and helped me build meaningful connections with other marketing professionals. Beyond attending events, I’m also aiming to join the AMA Agency in the Spring of 2025. This is a unique program that offers hands-on experience in marketing research and strategy development. Being part of the agency would allow me to work directly with real clients, contributing to the growth and success of businesses across Tampa.
Throughout my time at the University of Tampa I participated in numerous intramural sports including; volleyball, softball, and flag football. It allowed me to stay active, build teamwork skills, and connect with new people. Each sport offered a unique challenge and helped me build resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of camaraderie with teammates. The competitive yet friendly environment of intramurals was a great way to de-stress from academics while still pushing myself to improve. I enjoyed reminicing on my past times of playing sports, while not being commited to the pressures of being a student-athlete. Overall, intramural sports have added balance to my routine, allowing me to enjoy both the social and physical benefits of being part of a team.
